WHS’ Biggs signs with Catawba

Wheatmore High School senior, Austin Biggs, signed his National Letter of Intent on Tuesday to continue his football career at the collegiate level. Biggs will suit up for the Catawba Indians next season.

Biggs is a three-year letter winner for the Wheatmore Warriors as well as a three-time All-Conference and two-time All-County selection. In three seasons on varsity, he accumulated 439 total tackles with 154 being solo tackles. He also finished his career with 445 receiving years over 37 games. In his three seasons, the Warriors finished an overall record of 25-12. Everyone at would like to congratulate Austin on this outstanding achievement and wish him the very best of luck next year!
